- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family and I have focused on our fathers numerous health issues. Mom is by far the best person to care for him. When abruptly she had to have a procedure we were all nervous. Not even 5 minutes after our arrival we were admitted by Lorraine. As she signed us in she kept my parents laughing, relaxed and making them feel cared for and important. If you have spent any time in a hospital watching your loved ones get shuffled from here to there you'll understand my frustrations at times. I can't say enough how Lorraine brightened their day immensely. Our nurse throughout the process (Patricia I think) was so nice, efficient and again, really made my mom feel comfortable. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The rn in emergency room was great but she said her name once, doctor asst was horriable rude, sarcastic and needed a shower!! They never registered my 15 month old we waited hours he needed a nebulizer and treatments, they did a x-ray, When the coordinator came to try to register me while I got my son dressed I was not happy , I never disrespected her, but def gave her attitude, she was so unprofessional, loud and trying to be funny to get fellow colleagues workers. I turned around like am I being punked. I definitely will not go back..Stonybrook hospital ER customer service 100 better. South side has not got better it's gotten worse .March 20, 2017by erica perez
