- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪THIS STORE DESERVES A NEGATIVE STAR BUT I COULDN'T POST WITHOUT HITTING ONE!! This store is HORRIBLE. There is a manager by the name of Michelle T and she has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever!!! I went in there 2 days ago ordered a pair of glasses which I was charged 4x the actual price and they FORGOT to measure me for the glasses as they were progressives so they could not start the order. Then I go back the next day and ask for a refund and she says she can't do a refund because she's already started the process which is a complete lie and I have proof on my phone from her voice mail. I am going to the Better Business Bureau and whomever I have to . I would never go back there or recommend anyone to as they do not cater to the customer.August 15, 2017by Tina Warner
